Subject: Play the Gus Macker I-86 Trifecta and Win

OLEAN -- For the second year in a row, basketball lovers can enjoy traveling I-86 and playing in three Gus Macker Tournaments - Jamestown, Hornell, and Olean. The three Gus Mackers and Community Bank, NA are sponsoring and creating the 3 on 3 by THREE I-86 Trifecta. The I-86 Trifecta will recognize players who participate in the 3 tournaments in the Southern Tier: Jamestown (just held June 6-7); Hornell (July 25-26); and Olean (August 15-16).

Jamestown Mayor Sam Teresi, Hornell Mayor Shawn Hogan, and Olean Mayor David Carucci all support their respective Gus Macker Tournaments. Mayor Teresi states, “These tournaments are wonderful. The impact they have are very positive to our City and to our downtown. Everyone stays for the day. They come from all across the region to shop in our stores and eat in our restaurants.”

Mayor Shawn Hogan added, “Because it's a drug-free, smoke-free, alcohol-free environment, the Gus Macker is a popular event for families. These tournaments give a lot of people the opportunity to see the area and see what our downtown has to offer. You never know - they might see something they like and come back.''

Mayor Carucci, a Gus Macker Olean chair stated, “At the national conference in January, we met the officials from Jamestown and Hornell. Many families/teams travel to many Gus Mackers each year. By showcasing the three sites along I-86, our tournaments may get more participation as well as new teams.”
